Ordering, Payment & Shipping Policy

We accept most credit cards by PayPal Express where you do not have to be a member. Most orders are shipped on the same day if received before 11.00 am.

All UAE and GCC orders are presently shipped via Fast Courier which takes approximately
2-3 working days.

UAE/ GCC and International Shipping & Handling

FREE UAE orders are shipped via FAST COURIER and arrive in approximately 1-2 working days.UAE customers may pay CASH ON DELIVERY.

Shipping to GCC countries is NOW FREE and via ARAMEX.

Standard shipping BY ARAMEX to most GCC countries takes 2 to 3 working days. Customers must allow 7 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.

Returns

Any returns should be sent to the following address. Please include a note with your order number, name and address etc with your returned items.

Back Orders
